Get the injectors coded in and see if the knock is still there.

Mine has a knock up until it hits running temp... The knock happens from ~1500 to ~2500, though I don't take it there until it is warm (or try not to atleast)

Righto I'll get on that next time I'm in town. I figured I needed to code them it makes sense that would make the knock. Thanks.

With the lift on my front at about 40mm and no lift in the rear really my truck sat almost level. Couldn't really get some 1" extended shackles. (which is all I wanted as to not have a bad shackle angle)
So I made some, to fit ironman greaseable studs.

Still working on finding why my injectors won't code, but in the meantime I built a removable roof rack that attaches to my headache bar.

Removed my roof rack currently. I noticed that it just touched driving down our road (which because of frequent rains offers a good bit of flex in parts) I have to make an adjustment probably of about 15-25mm so until then I'll keep it off.
A new addition, a friend from the states had bought a storage unit that had a bunch of stuff left in it. When I mentioned I was looking for a CB he said, "I just might have one" turns out he had a 135w 10 meter with 11 meter CB bands. Now if I turn my RX all the way up I get guys from the US and Mexico on a clear day! It's a big unit so I mounted it in the best place I could. It also requires 8ga hot and ground all the way to the batt!

I ran a temp magnetic antenna. I'm waiting on some equipment to be shipped. Like some 3/8 antenna mounts, a SWR meter and a frequency counter. I will eventually run dual antennas on this beast.

Update:
So I haven't been on the site in a while.
Today driving home, on our 21km stretch of mountain road, I heard a thud.
Got out to check and this is what I found.

Thankfully I was able to park at a friends house nearby. Ill get better fotos tomorrow when I go to change it. But I guess this can go down as a strut failure for Iron Man. I don't dog my truck so this is really a shock to me. I did not think this would happen. Thankfully I still have the original. Ill be in contact with the dealer to see what they will do to make it right.

Thanks. I hope I can ship them back at a reasonable price. I'm in Honduras and purchased from the states.

Make sure you have a look at your top hats as my ironman struts had worn the hole in the middle out a fair bit and had to be replaced.

They looked good. If I had a spring compressor I'd have changed them my self, but I looked at everything while they we're changing them. Everything else was good. The rubber bushing on the lower ring for both shocks was worn out.
