Don't let living in a unit hold you back. I used to live on Jersey Rd Artarmon and ran an engineering business out of there and used to bring work home from RNSH and weld in the underground carpark
Realistically, have you thought about making a light weight frame to sit into your tub to hold your RTT. I can't remember if you have a hardlid or not. I will give you a hand to fab and weld it up.
