Stienbauer install is piss easy. Just buy it from Diesel Care or Steinbauer and install it yourself, there's even a good install guide here
http://www.newhilux.net/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=9536 and plenty of other info on the forum. Both diesel Care and Stienbauer have had great customer service with my questions and testing the last few weeks, in particular Gavin has gone out of his way to call me to discuss the results I have been getting from the Steinbauer
Exhaust is pretty easy to do as well, plenty of options as I have been looking this week for a 3" as well, leaning towards a Taipan at the moment as its the only one that comes with the dump pipe ceramic coated. It only took me 30mins to pull out the factory dump and 1st stage secondary yesterday to weld in a port for the EGT sensor.
Thought I would add the Dyno sheet from last week as not many have posted theirs in here so people can get a true reference. I have talked to Stienbauer about the lack of response on the 100% run and will be double checking it when it goes back on the dyno after the 3" exhaust is installed to verify what they believe is the reason for that response.
More information about that issue is here

The vehicle is stock with 200K on the clock.
Legend:
Pink – Steinbauer disconnected from harness, stock run
Green – Trim pot set at 100% (vertical pointer)
Red – Trim pot set at 130% (full)
All runs were at WOT. Other than that, the increase at 130% is reasonably close to the Stienbauer claims of 19.1%. My engine at 95RwKW is not bad for a 200K old engine, an overall gain of 17.8% to 111.9RwKW. I will leave it at 130% and monitor the fuel economy over the next two weeks.
