i am happy to help and continue answer all the questions and providing support that rob has previously been doing :)

So is it not Robert we are talking to now? What about the forum discount does his email still work?

I used Roberts contact details from a few pages back. He answered the phone, overseas, ordered it on the Friday. Picked it up from the post office this morning :)

You can weld in the supplied bung or just tap a 1/8 nap thread straight into the pipe

Can people tell me where they have been mounting the EGT controller inside the cab. A photo would be great also.

Had my chip for almost 2 yrs and was extremely happy with the performance!. But i had a issue with the limp mode comin up randomly so i was discusing the problem with DPS, it ended up beening a faulty relay in the moduel. So i'd sent the moduel back and DPS and with in a week they gave me a updated plug and play version. No questions or excuse! :D

Love the customer servicer they provide. Keep up the good work guys. 8-)

Mine also comes up randomly in limp mode, i don't know why it is. I might call them to discuss it tomorrow afternoon, it really needs to be sorted. It may well be the same problem you've had. I get worried sometimes when i'm pulling out of an intersection thinking "please don't go into limp mode" :/

Same here... Only does it when I'm towing a trailer though. Nothing big either, just a tailbike in a box trailer.

Have you tried backing the tune off to see if it makes a difference?
I have the new setup with the macrotuner not having separate folders, just one list of tunes: 2 custom, 1 factory and then tunes 1-15. I'm running tune 7 so I'm not even halfway up the scale and haven't had issues yet.

Not yet.. I've been running that tune before and after my exhaust mod for about 6 months with no problem.
