To discuss height, measuring from centre of wheel hub to bottom of flare is to common way to measure suspension height. You will find this a standard understood by everyone as it gives you true suspension and won't include tire and rim size as these are different on every car.
You cannot compare front to rear as totally different.
I cant remember the factory height but some search on here should give you the answer so you can't work out how much sag you have. It is typical for the front to sag over time especially if you have a bull bar and winch. Mine sagged over an inch with just a bull bar in 12 months and that's after the front dropped with the bull bar weight alone.
The rear never really heard to much of them sagging.
I see you are in Sydney, do yourself a favour and talk to ultimate suspension for an upgrade.
