When you buy the car they put some shiny stuff like meguires that makes it look good for a few weeks till it fades off. Not Happy
And that's one problem with cheaper polishes, they contain little polish, some fillers and cleaners so as you said, after a few weeks and a couple of washes, it all fades away.
SWIRL marks come from using clothes or pads that contain particles of dirt. (You can always tell who washes their car with a broom).
(If you want to keep paint in good nick use the two bucket process, microfiber only, and Grit Guards).
My next step, as I suggested, would be some pics and a call to Toyota Customer Care. The vehicles don't come from the factory with swirl marks in the paint otherwise we'd all be complain, they come from your dealer.
Don't let them bully you or pull the wool over your eyes. You have every right to expect the paint work to be close to perfect on delivery and some of that is your dealers responsibility.
Your dealer doesn't want to fork out the dollars to correct the paint especially a yard full of them.
