Hi, Long time lurker here, have got plenty from this forum.

Did a search and couldn't find what I was looking for. Recently did the drive belt replacement on my Hilux and what a bugger of a job. Definitely a 2 man task. The battery has since died and looks like I am not getting any charge. Suspect the alternator may have died as I've been getting a sick bearing noise from the engine bay since. Now before I take it to an auto elec, I just wanted to check that the belt is on the correct way. Below is the config of the belt as it currently sits. I took pics with the old belt, but have since deleted them.

Thanks. Checked against another Hilux and with a mech at lunch. In getting the alternator replaced.
